The process of discerning the needs of an institution or organization when it comes to hiring music staff or making decisions about instruments can be exciting, but also daunting and potentially divisive. Jonathan Babbitt has extensive pastoral experience in consulting with groups and organizations on matters of personnel and staffing, as well as the acquisition, maintenance and disposition of organs, pianos and other high-value instruments. He has successfully worked with parishes throughout New England and in Missouri and Georgia as they wrestled with these issues.
